A Brazilian/Japanese descendent who never really thought about being a cook. I mean, I thought I never knew until I find out my whole family were in the business back in the 80’s, in the coast side of Japan in a city called Echizen, in the province of Fukui. I grow up eating fusion food, like Brazilian delights topped with Japanese sweetened beans I would eat with Hashi, just like I used to do with Pasta, yes. That was me and today, decades later, this is still me.
I like to call myself a cook that loves the trivial and comfort food concept, that takes affection seriously when it comes to food. This is no joke. I serve only what means a lot to me, what I eat and prepare in my real life. This is what my cooking is about. Real and memorial.
